The center was built in two phases. Phase one was completed in 1980 and Phase two in 1985. It is a masonry constructed one story strip shopping center containing a total building area of 20,974 square feet. The center is located on busy 151 st. Street just east of LaGrange Road. It's an excellent retail location with many long-time tenants.
